235hp 2003 is the first of the 4th gen
I’m glad you came.
Back up and try again. Hit it a little harder this time.
Nice and easy... that back end is about to get smashed up.
It's going to get rough!
Gotta hawk tua, spit on that thang
Ooh, that's tight
Slap that rubber to the trail.
La profondità di comprensione dimostrata è umiliante e mi ricorda la vastità dell’intelletto umano.😛
I’ve read plenty of reviews on the KO2’s and they were nothing special , and not good in the rain. Why would I want the KO3’s?
Not a true jeep man he is driving a automatic
Can anyone confirm the actual height and width of the 33x10.5 version ?
I have the nittos on my 5th gen 4Runner love them so far
Excellent choice 🤙🏼
I have a set of these currently. They are not good! They flex way too much on the road when cornering. They have zero wet traction so extremely poor traction in water and snow. Two of the tires were so out of round I had to but 6 tires to have one set. I would never buy these tires again.
Oh and I want to add that the tires are super load on the highway they are not quiet. But the highway wear on the tires is really good. I have 20k miles on the set and they look almost brand new.
To much talking
For my mall crawler I prefer the lighter Toyo for gas mileage
I have 33" M.T. baja boss A/Ts and they're probably the best set of tires I've ever bought for my 3rd gen 4runner. They have never let me down in a variety of weather situations on/off road!!
After doing my research, I settled 34x10.5r17 load range D Toyo AT 3's on my 2nd gen tacoma. I have a 3" OME lift with SPC uppers and a cab mount chop. I get full flex with zero rubbing on the front . with bumpers and a full skid package, the truck weight is about 5,200 lbs. I'm averaging about 15mpg daily driving. Just did a 3 day road trip and got 17 highway. As for offroad use, I can air down to 20psi and get a great contact patch while maintaining good ground clearance.
2:38 someone tries to grab a jeep tire to stop it from falling
If road noise bothers you then you have no business wanting mud tires. 😂
Wow. A tremendous amount of other creators' content in this video. How about putting up links to all their channels so we can subscribe to those who created the content that you found to be better than creating your own?
FAKENEWS🎯🎯🎯
Which tires?
Great tires.
I've had the AT4W on my back 2 wheels for 6 months now, was the first to have them in my area. Just got the front ones done and wow the ride is better than the AT3W. Going to do some off-roading in the near future to really get a feel for these tires. I've had 2 sets of AT3Ws and now a set of the AT4Ws since the AT3W was discontinued. I think overall so far the AT4W is a better tire. I had good grip with them on the rear tires in snow and ice, no spin outs! Now with all 4 snow and ice will be great! Still can't wait to do some offroading soon!
bozo
the prices are ridiculous.......done
Great video. Thank you! Currently running Wildpeak AT Trail on a ‘21 CX-9. Mostly on-road so far with 1000 miles in. Very comfortable on the street and not much different in noise compared to the OEM all weather tires it replaced. But does well on some dirt roads, rain, and beach driving. Never felt like they couldn’t keep up.
Cosmetic vs value for money vs money no object performance.
I always love it when people say “Military Grade”. As someone with 24 years in the military. Just because it says that does not mean it’s good. Some military equipment is good, but most require copious amounts of maintenance or it will break quite easily.
What size tires were these?
I had 37s and geared. Too much money waste?
Never had death wobble until manufacturer install no adjustable caster bushing in
99% 0f death wobble comes from worn track bar bushings and incorrect caster from the manufacturer
Does anyone ride these tires in mud, clay. Do they hold up? I would be grateful for any information.
24 crosstrek 14 1/2 " ground clearance 24°ap, 25ish break, 35°dep 4"lift 225/75/r16 29.2" yokohama geolandar at xd. 2" more than oem tires
What is the best gas mileage all terrain tires for a 2008 25004x4 suburban
Ko2 why this video. My Falkens lasted a whopping (10 thousand) 10000 miles on my f250
"more affordable" lol. None of these are affordable for the vast majority of people.
2:30 mine needs to coast a little 😅
The at4w (285x17 70r) is by far the nicest all terrain I have ever ran. When on road they are very quiet and smooth. Mine are still pretty new so I havent had any problems with tread or wear problems.
My first critique on most of these comparisons is that more often than not the jeeps are more mod'd than the Toyota's used in comparison. I have seen shows where they purposely promote the 'American' brand in every way. In off road, tires = traction and from there articulation is right behind that. Less important than power. and power is less important than controlled power. Power when and at what speed you need it. Clearance means a tone. But you can make these comparisons lean one way or the other on tires alone. In my opinion you need to start on even playing field. Same with airing down tires or not, lockers or not. yadda yadda...
Again... you over promoted the way over MODIFIED JEEP. Even showing further modified jeeps going up rocky slopes. Modify that Runner to the same specs and it rules the day and will tow the jeep back.
And.. will be driving the Runner for years after that jeep rusts into ore.
A skinny tire will NEVER keep up with a large wide tire aired down to 10psi! Saying skinny tires cut through and get to the hard stuff for traction does not work when you are driving inmid snow and sand thats several feet deep not inches! I would love to see some pizza cutters try and keep up with a jeep driving on 10 feet of snow! And if your bring up highway handling with wide tires then why are we even talking about off road? Go get a mawl crwaler!
Frontier is almost as dependable as taco's but i also like that everything isn't electronic and you have to go through 5 screens to access. they are simple and i like that
I just got a rubicon that came with bf goodrich ko2 at. I think those are enough so I didn’t consider tires as the #1 but funny enough I was thinking about a compressor (for airing down and back up) since it helps with traction. I guess I was on the right track with the idea.
I love the at3w. I chose it for it wide voids being a very aggressive a/t. They tightened them on the 4w so I'll be switching to Mickey Thompson. Plus the added weight is a disgrace
Not to mention, the same truck as it's Toyota counterpart for 15k less nowadays
I've seen two videos showing how the pizza cutters are better deflated. When deflating a wide tire the traction expands to the sides, whereas the pizza cutters expands to the front and back similar to a track vehicle, giving you more traction vertically to the ground.
Awesome
